Sayote Tops sautéed in Hoisin Sauce, Butterless Mashed Potato, Salty Gravy
I made a mistake on creating gravy. It’s my first time though. XD I added too much soy sauce and meat stock. However, good thing I didn’t add salt on mashed potato and even butter because it’ll add unwanted fat and in addition, Sayote tops had been sautéed in oil. I used sesame oil for sautéing.
