Potato Omelette

I know right! Omelette is the most common way to cook your egg with a kick. And probably one of the easiest dishes to cook. Anyhow, my aunt told me to fry egg for dinner but of course, I won’t eat egg alone. It must be something different. I found few potatoes in her kitchen. And I actually wanted to add a cheese but to no avail except for a cheese spread. No salt added as the cheese spread will give taste to it.

The keywords in this recipe are: beat, sauté, combine, cook. 😀
