Gluten Made Perfect

After so much time googling, I already made my two batches of gluten. They’re actually not bad. I partially failed on my second because it turned a bit soft but it’s still fine.

      Those are the remains of flour when the starch is removed. Instead of using pork when cooking, you can use gluten. It’s aka vegemeat.
