I was in the mood to bake and I found this simple recipe. Luckily, the ingredients are easy to find and available at home. I had my friends taste it and though it was my first time to use this recipe, it still turned out good. Actually, very good. One said that it is good partnered in a cup of tea. Mind you, this is good for those who are conscious to their health and especially who are diabetic.
Here’s the easy recipe for a great set of cookies.
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp peanut butter
50 g oatmeal
40 g flour
2/3 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3 sachets of splenda
Mix all ingredients and bake at 200 C for 8 – 10 minutes.
Voila! This yields a dozen of cookies.
