How To Ruin Meringue

I’m crazy
Wasted 4 egg whites and cooked the remaining yolks, icing sugar instead of caster and wooh the vanilla essence that you won’t get wrong. Added cornflour hoping it’ll be fluffy and hard but nah, it’s impossible. Should’ve used electrical mixer which is not available. Tried baking for 20 minutes in one pan. 


I guess it still turned out fine. Not too sweet nor bland. It turned into a not too soft sponge cake.
